We set up our systems to make sure that your data is as safe as possible at any stage, both while it’s processed and when it’s stored.

Our primary data centre is in Leeds (UK), and has in it:

• All our Premium Hosting packages
• Our Virtual Private Servers
• A majority of our Hybrid Servers
• Our legacy Dedicated Servers
• Our stand-alone mailboxes
• Our Hosted Exchange mailboxes
• All our direct customer details
• Client details when required for registration purposes (Domain names, SSL certificates etc.)

SiteDesigner is produced by BaseKit, and they have their own data policy available here.

Our SSL certificates are generated by Starfield Technologies, who have a Privacy Centre here.

Accounting records are securely stored with BCSG Ltd via accounting software system.

Your Rights

You have the right to request:

• information about how your personal data is processed
• a copy of that personal data
• that anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately

You can also:

• raise an objection about how your personal data is processed
• request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a justification for it
